My journey into this work began with extraordinary mentors and guides who fundamentally shaped my understanding of energy and ancient wisdom. A Lakota Sioux Medicine Woman became my first true teacher, introducing me to energy manipulation, shield projection, remote healing, and the subtle languages of the natural world.
After several years of study with her, I encountered a Cherokee Wise Woman who identified a symbol I'd drawn from a dream, marking my formal entry into the world of runes. She also introduced me to crystal work, revealing how these natural formations interact with human energy fields.
I practice Traditional Witchcraft, walk the Druid path, and live the shamanic teachings of the Toltecs and the Inkas. While I write with a fountain pen in my journals and inscribe spells on birch bark, I also use an iPad as my Book of Shadows, reflecting how 21st‑century technology can support the ancient ways.
